Great lunch at local restaurant with many residents. Tucson is nice, hot, but nice. Most everyone was very nice. Nice hospital/campus.

- Program Advantages:
Big program, lots of residents to divide call. On a very busy hospital with tons of pathology to learn from. Patients from Caribbean and South America creates a broad pathology pool. Trauma, everything you could imagine you'll probably see here. Miami is

Housing in Miami isnt exactly on the cheap side if you are short in change.

Very good. Everyone is very friendly.
- Program Advantages:
The hospital is right next to water. Attendings are very good, they are young and enthusiastic about teaching. Residents are down to earth, very friendly. Ranked 4/20.

Small program (only 4 residents). Not a level 1 trauma. Pathology is not as broad as Jackson Memorial.

Categorical with TY on same hospital can be very convenient. Very nice medical center, did not expect it on a town like Grand Rapids. There is a lot of $$ being invested here.

Very nice people. PD is funny, he puts you to play a computer game to find missing parts of pictures, fun. Do not be uptight about it, probably wont do you any good. 10/20.
- Program Advantages:
Strong divisions of radiology.
- Program Disadvantages:
Its in Nebraska (middle of nowhere and COLD), although Omaha impressed me. Was not expecting much from it, but actually had a great time. Went to a hockey game, ate some renowned beef, walked the entire city. Not the place to go if you are interested

Overall I think you should get good training here.

In Syracuse, COLD and snowy. Not such a pretty hospital. Huge pediatric hospital right next door, should integrate services with that hospital somehow since they send you to Boston to do Peds.. I like staying in the same place.

Great PD (super nice). Great hospital to do an interview in, since you get a tour of a historic building!! You get to eat on a historic room. Get to see the first medical library of the US, and the first OR. It is the first hospital in the US, impressive.
- Program Advantages:
In Philly if you want it. On a nice place of Philly (hisotric sector). Affiliated with UPenn, you get great teaching.

In Philly if you dont like it. Not a big program.

Only residency out of 20 that made me write an essay.. huh? Panel of 12 doctors asking questions, very intimidating but handled it well. No tour, very little information, no package with pamphlets. Ranked 15/20.

Great interview experience. Everyone was VERY nice. One interview I spent all the time talking about camping and hiking. San Antonio is beautiful, safe, great climate (although on the hot side, affordable and simply a great place to raise a family.
- Program Advantages:
Program seems very evenly strong throughout all sections of Radiology. Friendly staff. On a wonderful city. A lot of volume but program is large to buffer the call schedule. Great pathology with University Hospital, VA Hospital and Santa Rosa Children's.
