Interview Experiences
Targeted selection questions, ie: 'What have you done to help someone? Name one disappointment in your life, etc.'
somewhat weird
breakfast, 2 interviews with very open ended questions, Q&A with residents, bus trip to hospital uptown
Behavioral interviewing Interview in am and then bus ride to Harlem for other hospital tour
Introduction by PD followed by plenty of time to socialize with residents. Interviews are unique in that each interviewer has a predetermined list of questions to ask. Day ends after tour of both hospitals.

Program Disadvantages
Cover 2 hospitals. Very busy.
If you don't like NY, it's not for you.
Cover two hospitals so it is more like 3 residents/year instead of 6. Community program overshadowed by the academic Manhattan programs and Monte.
