Wonderful group of applicants and faculty. All of the residents I met seemed very happy.
Saturday interview with multiple applicants. I wasn't really a fan of the pre-interview party held at a resident's house (was a little intimidating compared to a dinner), and could have done without the bus tour of Little Rock.

Solid program and underated, faculty, easy intern year
UAMS draws pathology from the entire state. Excellent children's hospital. Friendly city and a great intern year!
Children's hospital for peds.
Education. Location (Arkansas is BEAUTIFUL). Intern year seemed very nice several months of the year.
Nice people, great Peds hospital, Little Rock has low cost of living, has a direct IR pathway
