moonlighting opportunities
Very strong teaching and good pathology, one of the best of the community programs in NYC and only getting stronger. Residents really happy to be here and seem to be well taken care of. Faculty are very approachable and pro-resident. Great pay. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
Program Disadvantages Location. Relatively new program (but great future). no graduates yet, unknown where they will attend fellowship, though PD will call in connections. Very close to my in-laws... jk, I love'em. staten island - $10 a day to take the bridge from brooklyn Staten Island bro, though many residents commute from other boroughs. Still a new program that does not have much name recognition outside of NYC area. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
