Match Experience
For DO/IMG candidates interested in DO/IMG friendly places, I have noted the places that interviewed DO's/IMG's when I interviewed. Try to get a sense of how the attendings are employed (hospital vs pvt practice - pro's/con's to each educational-wise). Also PD's personality/responsiveness played a bigger role in my ranking process than I thought it would. Check http://www.acgme.org/adspublic/ for program's accreditation status and PD changes. Check http://www.nrmp.org/data/programresults2003-2007.pdf for programs that were (un)filled. Good luck!
