- Matched here (Ranked # 1)
- Interview Experience:
Fantastic all inclusive PPT with very funny, down to earth PD. 3-4 interviews. Tour of main hospital plus driving tour of the immediate area, including some other hospitals residents rotate through- UPMC/Children's Hosp of Pitt, UPMC/Magee Woman's, UPMC
- Program Advantages:
Large program. Tons of research. Prestige. Arguably the most awesome part of Pittsburgh, smack dab in the middle of Pitt undergrad campus. Top 4 children's hospital in country.
- Program Disadvantages:
None. Residents work VERY hard with VERY high numbers of reads, may be a disadvantage for some. IMO, this place trains Radiologists for both Private Practice and Academia alike.

Match Experience
Submitted Sept 1, first rads offer Sept 20ish. Had a busy final week of September with 6-8 offers within 5 days, after that a slow trickle. First rads interview mid-Oct and surprised that I had ~15 interviews before Thanksgiving break(including some TY/prelim years)
