Match Experience
Apply right away, my first interview offer was within the first week of September. Try to schedule your interviews by locations. I was able to do one Texas trip for 4 interviews. I also grouped Utah, AZ, and San Fran together in one trip. Doing so saves a lot of money on flights. Book all tickets one way in case you get another interview later on, it is easier to switch just one leg of the trip. Southwest is the best for having to reschedule. Sign up for Southwest's alerts on sales, if you book a flight and it goes on sale you can rebook and save the money for another flight. If you can try to take off after Thanksgiving, the month of December and January or pick a rotation that allows you time to travel. I found front loading my interviews in November and December worked out best leaving just 6 for January. Best of Luck!
