Great benefits and it's in Cali.
Extremely strong program in a community setting. No fellows, so all teaching is essentially 1-on-1 with an attending. Very impressive program overall.
nice facilities, especially for county hospital. in san jose.
Lots of camaraderie, really liked the residents I met
Really close faculty and residents. Residents were nice and lots of collegiality between faculty and residents. Tends to match residents at Stanford for fellowship.

Sub-optimal bay area location, not really commutable from SF. Research was +/- compared to the other more 'academic' programs in the area. There was nothing even remotely close to resembling a 'red-flag' about this program, definitely check it out.
