- Program Advantages:
I was actually very impressed with this program, very good surgical numbers and pathology. Cool facilities that are relatively new.
- Program Disadvantages:
Morgantown. I actually kind of liked the town, despite its size and lack of things to do.

Match Experience
I matched the second time around. My advice: Apply broadly. Be prepared for awkward faculty members. Do away rotations. Get involved in research early and publish as much as possible (I didn't but it most definately helps obtain interviews as most places are academic). The match really bites, but you'll just have to do the best you can. Reapply if ophtho is really what you want to do!
