Residents all nice and happy. Good clinical experience.
large program of 6 residents
good combination of good clinical training without being too busy; county hospital ends at 4 pm; good surgical numbers with 150+; president of the retina society; good fellowship match

Program Disadvantages
Lot's of driving time to all locations that you rotate through. 4 total, one is 25 minutes away from the main hospital.
lot of hospitals to cover
probation, cleveland; not as academically strong as cleveland clinic but potentially have better training
Apparently the program was on probation last year, for trivial reasons, however they'll get angry if you ask about it
