Interview Experiences
Very impressive tour by the program director, Dr. Mahr. 1 on 1 interviews.
Positive

Presentation followed by a walking tour (fast!!) and then 8ish 1on1 interviews, not intimidating.
Five 1-1 interviews, one tough interview

Program Disadvantages
Must go to Minneapolis during 4th year for a VA experience, but that is only 90 min away, given condo for that
cold weather is about it
Minnesota is cold
Rochester, MN
I would die in Rochester MN
VA rotation in Minneapolis as PGY4. No real indigent population. Rochester is definitely a small town, and somewhat hard to get to.
Rochester, residents seemed overworked
Minnesota is rural
