Program Disadvantages Must go to Minneapolis during 4th year for a VA experience, but that is only 90 min away, given condo for that cold weather is about it Minnesota is cold Rochester, MN I would die in Rochester MN VA rotation in Minneapolis as PGY4. No real indigent population. Rochester is definitely a small town, and somewhat hard to get to. Rochester, residents seemed overworked Minnesota is rural 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
