Interview Experiences
Presentation from the chair/res director, interview with 3 attendings, lunch, and tour
Dinner the night before with residents, attend grand rounds in the AM, 6 1-on-1 interviews, pretty laid back day
Decent program, would have been happy here.
Program Advantages
Prison rotation where residents can do vitrectomies and other surgeries, a great opportunity.
Small, dedicated faculty, slow call nights, residents seemed happy
Program Disadvantages
Augusta
Small faculty, some subspecialties were missing (but was much talk of hiring).
