Interview Experiences 5 one on one interviews. Nice faculty members. Happy residents. Presentation by the chief resident, tour, interview with 4 attendings and one resident, and lunch A few bizarre questions... 'What would you do if you were seeing an open globe in the ER as an intern and your senior, and all attendings refused to come in.' Half Day interview day, 2 to 1 and 1 on 1 interviews. Great faculty and residents - seemed like a friendly program Numerous 2:1 interviews. Program Advantages Good clinical experience. high volume of ocular trauma, history of good fellowship matches Great Surgical Numbers and trauma exposure. Beautiful hospital/nice location Crab cakes. Program Disadvantages VA hospital is far away. only 3 residents/yr, and the program could definitely support more residents per year. Baltimore, small faculty Residents work hard - not a cush program. Baltimore.
