Match Experience This whole process is a long road and I appreciated being able to see the experiences of others. Hopefully you gleaned something useful from my profile. The only good advice I can give is to just be yourself when interviewing. That is, unless you're awkward or cold. If you're unique in any way, don't be afraid to express that either in your application or interview. My feeling is that most programs are looking for people they can enjoy working with for 3 years -- good numbers help but they don't garauntee anything. Good luck!
