- Interview Experience:
Laid back dinner beforehand. Got some good insight from who chief resident who is awesome. Interview day consisted of lunch with the PD, noon conference, and 5x15m interviews with the PD and 4 other faculty.
- Program Advantages:
Tons of pathology at Jackson and the residents see everything. They are getting rid of many fellowship programs so residents will end up getting more exposure. Seems like residents get really good clinical training here.
- Program Disadvantages:
Not too much I can think of right now, actually.

Very well organized. All staff very friendly. Had to pay $10 for parking, which was kind of annoying.
- Program Advantages:
Good deal of resident autonomy with graduated call. Plenty of residents stay for fellowships. Strongest program in FL.
- Program Disadvantages:

Well organized interview day. AM and PM groups available. Program coordinator was really nice and baked pastries and made hot apple cider for us.
- Program Advantages:
Residents have lots of responsibility and a good deal of autonomy. Very resident-run program.
- Program Disadvantages:
Not much in terms of moonlighting opportunities. There's not much going on in Hanover.

Pre-interview happy hour is not a dinner, but light appetizers and drinks so plan on eating before or after. Interview day was very laid back and everyone is nice from the residents to the PC, PD, and department chair. No awkward/difficult questions.
