Solid program. Was not impressed with the faculty I interviewed with as they tended to be a bit 'abrasive'. Was cautious going in - due to recent history - and unimpressed on my way out.

The process is completely RANDOM! Believe me, you will be told this (if you already have not) but it is the truth. Other than the obvious grades and boards to get your application looked at - to get in at a top program you WILL need something that sets you apart (OUTSTANDING LOR, contacts at said program, away rotations, research and possibly even all of the above. Work hard and Good Luck!
