LOTS of interviews-- 8 i think? but very short and laid back. no super tough questions or malignant interviewers.
- Program Advantages:
The LOCATION and the RESIDENTS; both absolutely fantastic. can't be beat. enough said!
- Program Disadvantages:
Works the residents relatively hard, tough calls without much inhouse back up, but the residents say while really stressful, it trains them well

Location (very nice area of Chicago, although not as lively and youth-oriented as others), great name

Lots of changes with unknown consequence; they lost the Evanston hospital, which will mean less call but also possibly no moonlighting

Fantastic. Super laid-back interviews, residents lots of fun, attendings are actually hilarious and love to joke around, to the point of being a little mischievous (in a lovable way). entertaining, and laid back.
- Program Advantages:
very technologically advanced. on the cutting edge of all the new cool techno toys. 'reading room of the future' and an informatics fellowship.
- Program Disadvantages:
Sort of a 'boys club' feel, lots of men, possibly bordering on politically incorrect jokes (but only if you're very sensitive to that stuff)
