reputation, salary, research options and location I doubt you will get better training elsewhere. Famous faculty, obviously. Very progressive place, always on the cutting edge. SF is an amazing, one of a kind city. Phenomenal hospital system with several sites for rotations: Moffitt/Long, SFGH, VA, Mt. Zion, CHO, Kaiser. Building new hospital to open summer 2014.
Strengths include neuro, CCM, OB (high acuity), trauma/airway experience. Big name, research opportunities, SF is awesome. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
