| Did not meet the PD, away on medical mission with chiefs. Residents seemed to love him, but know two other people who interviewed there and didn't rank it as highly because of the PD. |
- Program Advantages:
| Happy residents. Nice place to live with a family. 4 year curriculum is very nice- personally I think more programs should go this route. Residents seemed to be respected throughout the hospital, more so than a lot of other programs. |
- Program Disadvantages:
| When asking one of the faculty what the weaknesses of the program are, he said that they work their residents too hard. Seems to have been a recent surge in volume without the personnel to handle it. |

| Most formal of the interviews. 'Behavioral technique' didn't really feel all that different from the rest of my interviews, but more anxiety provoking the night before. Limo from hotel to campus. |

| Lots of perks. Great technology. Nashville is affordable and there is a lot to do. |
- Program Disadvantages:
| When I asked a resident how happy the rest of the residents were with their decision to be at Vandy, response was 'about 50/50.' Complained of not receiving enough teaching. |
