- Interview Experience:
Awesome. Unfortunately is 1.5 days, but I thought it was great to get more time with faculty and residents. Dinner with residents was very helpful and relaxed.
- Program Advantages:
Autonomy, case numbers, balance and depth. State of the art facilities and resources for training. Faculty incredibly easy to get along with, as are residents. Mentorship program=earlier decision making and exposure. Chief year is ridiculous. In house q5
- Program Disadvantages:
Some are cautious of the autonomy, but after having rotated here, it's graded and guarded. Very doable. As for the perception of it being a 'country club residency' or a place where 'the residents don't operate much'= totally incorrect. People who say thi

Awesome. It was on a saturday, which made it easier for all the faculty to be there and in no rush. Interviews (I think 10 total) were quick and painless. Even more so having rotated here. Nice driving tour. Only bummer was everyone had to interview in th
- Program Advantages:
SERIOUS case numbers, depth, and balance. Faculty are so impressive and very involved with resident education. H&N team is very awesome. Residents super chill. Columbus is by far the best city in Ohio, and one of the best in the midwest. Ranked in top 3.
- Program Disadvantages:
Case numbers might be unnecessarily high, which is reflected in resident fatigue level. Their home call hurts them here I think.

Great, another nice saturday interview. Nice to split up the day between university and children's. Lets you meet just about all the facutly.
- Program Advantages:
Peds, and some more peds. They still have representation and depth in everything else though. Buddy-call system is a nice touch.
- Program Disadvantages:
I just didn't click that well with the residents, or the faculty for the most part, when I rotated here.

Fantastic. Easy interviews in the morning (a lot though..like 12-13), and then a very nice driving tour. Out afterwards on saturday night was the best social on the trail. Was extremely surprised and impressed by this institution on the interview trail.
- Program Advantages:
Autonomy, numbers, balance. Residents very chill.
- Program Disadvantages:
Cleveland is kind of a bummer, but other than that, not much. Ranked them in top 3.

Great. Faculty made the interviews so relaxed and fun. lunch and tour were great. The social the night before was kind of weak (only 3 out of 20 residents showed up.)
- Program Advantages:
serious numbers and faculty. The most faculty of any place I attended. Autonomy is very high and valued here. Residents get great exposure early, and operate a lot. Something that should REALLY be mentioned is that this is the ONLY program in a city of ~7
- Program Disadvantages:
Residents seemed a little worn down, but other than that, it is a fantastic place. Wouldve ranked it in top 3 if it were closer to home.

Easy half day interviews. Nice tour with new facilities. The research going on here is surprisingly awesome.
- Program Advantages:
lot of ears.
- Program Disadvantages:
Morgantown wasn't for me (population 65,000 when the university is in attendance). And I didn't click that well with the residents. I thought head and neck seemed pretty weak.

Great. Faculty very easy to chat with. Nice tour. Sweet social.
- Program Advantages:
Residents were amazing. Experience, especially peds, is very good.Milwaukee is a paradise if you like a bigger city AND plenty of outdoor activities, and four seasons.
- Program Disadvantages:
Wouldve been a little higher on my list if case numbers were a little higher. Also, I got the sense residents weren't doing as much prior to pgy-4 year.
