Interview Experiences
great lunch, very nice attendings who actually came up to me to introduce themselves at the pre-interview dinner
Absolutely loved everyone and everything about this program and the city
Program Advantages
If you want to live in a college town Columbia is as good as they come, very nice faculty who like to teach, good program if you have a family (less hours/stress and very livable city)
Brand new everything
Program Disadvantages
smaller program with average case numbers, perhaps some barriers to overcome if you want to go into academics (but if you're concerned about this just ask the attendings, I'm sure they'd give plenty of support if you're applying for fellowship)
