Interview Experiences
Awesome. Unfortunately is 1.5 days, but I thought it was great to get more time with faculty and residents. Dinner with residents was very helpful and relaxed.
Program Advantages
Autonomy, case numbers, balance and depth. State of the art facilities and resources for training. Faculty incredibly easy to get along with, as are residents. Mentorship program=earlier decision making and exposure. Chief year is ridiculous. In house q5
Program Disadvantages
Some are cautious of the autonomy, but after having rotated here, it's graded and guarded. Very doable. As for the perception of it being a 'country club residency' or a place where 'the residents don't operate much'= totally incorrect. People who say thi
