Interview Experiences Fun! You spend time in OR! http://more.studentdoctor.net/viewresidency.php?residency=773 You put on scrubs and they take you around to meet as many people as possible. Program director is a super genuinely nice person! Super nice faculty and very clean and efficient interview day - thought waking up at 630A to go to MM was going to be a waste, but I actually loved it. Only reason it was #2 is higher cost of living. Loved this place. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
Program Advantages Best regional anywhere. Other programs with strong regional hold VM up as the gold standard. Do trauma and neuro at UW . Hours are good at VM. Residents seem the happiest out of all the programs I went to. Good work hours. Seattle is a great city. Good benefits for residents great faculty, hospital seems super efficient, happy residents, seem to get good private practice jobs, and choice of most fellowships. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
