Interview Experiences
Fun! You spend time in OR!
http://more.studentdoctor.net/viewresidency.php?residency=773
You put on scrubs and they take you around to meet as many people as possible. Program director is a super genuinely nice person!
Super nice faculty and very clean and efficient interview day - thought waking up at 630A to go to MM was going to be a waste, but I actually loved it.
Only reason it was #2 is higher cost of living. Loved this place.

Program Advantages
Best regional anywhere. Other programs with strong regional hold VM up as the gold standard. Do trauma and neuro at UW . Hours are good at VM.
Residents seem the happiest out of all the programs I went to. Good work hours. Seattle is a great city. Good benefits for residents
great faculty, hospital seems super efficient, happy residents, seem to get good private practice jobs, and choice of most fellowships.
