A shorter 'half-day interview'. Very friendly program director, chairman, and staff.
Very relaxed interview day. Went to dinner at an awesome restaurant in downtown Denver. Free hotel.

You can't beat living in Denver. Amazing weather. Mountains/skiing. And an amazing music/social scene with an incredible amount of craft beer.
Nicest hospital I interviewed at- brand new, beautiful. Denver is an amazing place with a good cost of living, big city feel, right next to the Rockies. Residents seemed genuinely happy and seemed to work very hard but had adequate time off. Very balanced

Very few of them! Pretty competitive, hard to get into. MOST people who get in did a visiting rotation there (12 of the 15 members of my class).
Not a huge name in anesthesia- so if you want to do research or academics, it's possible but you would have better luck going to a bigger name.
