Another good midwestern program in a very nice city. Great cases and autonomy. In the top half of my ROL.
Amazing, dreamy. Oldest anesthesia residency in COUNTRY (I hear.)
Very fun dinner, residents are awesome. Hotel included

Program Advantages

Facilities were updated, fantastic. PD was inviting, all attendings and residents made me feel at home, talked about fishing and food. EVERY SINGLE resident showed up to the meet and greet and were mingling, all great, very down to earth, super inviting (
Very well-rounded, Madison is awesome. Residents were very fun and seemed very happy. Hospital is very cool. Good research, okay fellowship placement
Great people. Madison is fun. Residents seemed happy.

Program Disadvantages

No fellowships in house (.. but they go to top-flight Peds and Pain)
Not the biggest name...seemed very similar to Michigan, but with less reputation. Madison is a cool city, but removed from a lot.
Wisconsin is cold. You have to do OB elsewhere (Chicago).
