Interview Experiences
Started at noon and did not leave until after 6. Some people had flights that left early, and those of us who didn't let the others go first. Some surprise questions about lotions versus creams.
some stress interviews by faculty, formulaic questions, some disinterested faculty
Program Advantages
Great program with solid training. Exposure to every aspect of dermatology including surgery, dermpath, and pedi derm. Friendly people.
Broad training, MD Anderson will let you see SICK derm patients if you like that (I do)
best program, best residents, best faculty
TEXAS MEDICAL CENTER, busy clinics, tons of teaching
Program Disadvantages
No 'home base.' Residents did not seem that happy.
this is a good program
