Match Experience
37 applications for rads total; 18 invitations; went on 15 interviews and I definitely could have limited the number to ~12 and felt fine. I ranked programs based on location > reputation. I started a pretty detailed excel sheet when starting interviews, but really the most important thing seemed to be my gut feeling. Were residents happy here? Could I be happy here? My final ROL reflected location, then a balance of range of pathology vs. being happy.
