The program has everything. Research, great surgeons and mentors. Loved it.

Location is the main one. Iowa city is a really fun small town, but it would be nice to have a few more choices for restaurants and nightlife available. I loved living there, though.

- Program Disadvantages:
Some of the faculty were almost rude to me during the interview. I guess that goes with the territory.

Went to med school at MCW, so I knew the program well. Great place to train. Milwaukee is a really cool town with lots to do, if you can stand the cold. helps if you grew up in the midwest!

Great program, awesome town. I have spent a lot of time in Madison over the years, and did research work there for 2 years between college and med school, knew multiple people in the program.
