- Program Advantages:
| Really well-rounded, some top-notch faculty all around. Great head and neck and peds experience. Chairmen was excellent. Faculty overall were very approachable and down to earth. |
- Program Disadvantages:
| City was a disadvantage to me. Seemed like a nice little town, but too small for me. |

| Really great program and up and coming. Well rounded, had at least one faculty in every area of ENT. The chairmen here is excellent, very approachable and nice. The residents seemed very happy and liked their program alot. The facilities are nice. |

| Nice faculty, seemed to have really good plastics experience. Very well developed international rotations. |

| Did not seem as well-rounded, plastics did free flaps. Residents seemed overworked and were not very cohesive. |

Match Experience
Overall it was a good experience with its ups and downs. I was a couples match so there was some added stress, but everything worked out great. Successful couples match with Gen surg!! The process is very random, have fun and take advantage of all the delicious free food/drink opportunities!!
