Very odd and awkward interview weekend. Arrive Sunday for dinner, and interviews are actually conducted at dinner.

Attitude is 'we do everything our own way', which was reflected in the way they conducted interviews; I wasn't a fan. Very few residents who did not go to school at IU. Most seem to want to stay in Indiana.
Take 7-9 non IU applicants and all the spots for non IU students are advanced positions.
