Very low stress. Two interviews with attendings. Program intro given by admissions committee chair. Q&A session with department chair.

Half day...interviewed by two faculty members 15 min each. Situational questions.
2 interviews, 20 minutes each. The program director ir really cool. You need to sell yourself, make the most of those 20 minutes. Dont be too cocky, its like being on a date. Just enough to impress.
Good dinner, no hotel.

PD has some pretty sick connections for fellowships. Private practice loves their grads.
