Interview Experiences Totally weird vibe from the PD. Seemed socially awkward to me. Others interviewers were split: one grilled me on the minutiae of my clinical grades (particularly in anesthesia) and the other was fair and formal. The residents said they were happy but l -VERY LARGE, kind of impersonal Unorganized interview day Residents mostly female Lots of transplants, fairly light hours, didactics seemed a bit iffy, residents seemed happy...most from the home program. Home program. Great staff, good variety of cases. Fantastic PD. Still suffering somewhat from a poor reputation compared to other regional programs. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
