Fantastic. Extremely organized, 1.5 days. Day one: tours and intro into the program. 1/2 day: interviews, 30 min each.

The name, the great physicians there, good all around dermatology exposure, good teaching

Less diversity than most, lower volume in patient load.

Interesting. They split the interview groups in two. One with the PD and chair and head of peds and the other with the associate chair and head of DP. Not a bad thing but wish I got to at least talk with the PD.

Work your connections any way you can. They definitely got me two interviews. Apply broadly and get in research any way you can, they love asking about it on the interview trail. Be confident in the interviews and don't miss an opportunity to throw in a little humor if you can do it tactfully.
