Interview Experiences
 The only interview day where the residents who were hosts were so groggy from their duties that they had a hard time staying awake. Other than that fairly good experience
Usual.
Unique questions. Be prepared to think quick and answer quick.
Lots of people, busy, some interviewers seemed intentionally stoic. Seemed happy to be in such a busy place.

Program Advantages
Think of a thing you want to learn in Anesthesia...they have it. They pay around 80 dollars per hour after 6 in the evening.
Tout that they have all aspect of anesthesia and well funded.
Good program overall
GREAT intern year. Such great diversity of cases, complexity is definitely there. Resident comraderie seemed good (6/10)

Program Disadvantages
I did not meet one resident who did not look or did not confess to be overworked.
Detroit is like a ghost town when I visited. The hours are great and the residents all say they are being worked.

When asked about moonlighting, the residents I was talking with were baffled saying they hadn't much time to sleep let alone moonlight. They get thrown into some cases early on in training, seemingly before they're ready (or so it seemed), putting many re
