Interview Experiences good There were over 20 applicants on my day, so it sort of felt like a cattle call. Some of the people who interviewed me had strange affects. My first interview, so the details are a little fuzzy... no major issues with the interview day though. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
Program Advantages friendly residents Ummm....I guess critical care is pretty good. Clinically oriented, residents all seemed to be able to get the jobs and fellowships they desired. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
Program Disadvantages location Hardly any didactics, residents seemed to just be trying to have as little work as possible. Very little research. Downtown Louisville is uggggly. Hospital is mostly indigent care; must do cardiac rotation at outside hospital. 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17 17
