Program Advantages new program chair comes with a lot of positive recommendations. recent addition of CRNAs to workforce has eased burden on residents. residents feel program is improving. Baltimore. Great shock trauma center and cases. Hospital looked modern and booming with business. Program Disadvantages board pass rates shaky, residents say things have gotten 'better' now that there are CRNAs but they have been worked hard. Hard working residents. 3 year program. Didn't want to stay at my home institution.
