Program Advantages
small size program with the big academic institution
UMASS has the nation's top critical care department. The hospital is new and expanding. The new Chair is from Harvard and edited an anesthesia textbook. They boast big names in critical care and peds anesthesia. The PD was nice.
great clinical exposure. more liver transplants done here than in any program in Boston.
